What a real Ziggo email looks like
Ziggo sends invoices and account notices from @ziggo.nl. It will not ask you to pay an "overdue" amount or "reactivate" your account through a link asking for card or bank details.
Red flags of a fake Ziggo email
- !An "overdue invoice" or "suspended account" with a pay-now link
- !A sender domain that is not @ziggo.nl
- !Requests for card, bank or login details
- !Urgency or threats to cut off service
- !A look-alike domain

It comes from an @ziggo.nl address. Scammers fake the display name, so always check the actual address, and watch for look-alike domains (extra words, a different ending, or a misspelling).
