A real Infomedics email comes from rekening@infomedics.nl, names your healthcare provider, greets you by your own name, and includes a 14-digit payment reference ending in 071. You pay via the blue button to rekening.infomedics.nl. The email never contains a direct iDEAL or Wero payment link, and the invoice itself is never attached.
Red flags of a fake Infomedics email
- !A direct iDEAL or Wero payment link in the email (real Infomedics is only paid via rekening.infomedics.nl)
- !Pressure to pay "within a few days"
- !A "dossiernummer" (case number) or "reference number", which Infomedics never uses
- !A sender with a typo, like infornedics.nl, infonedics.nl or infomadics.nl
- !No healthcare provider named, or a generic greeting instead of your own name
